Turbo Scaffolding – Warranty Conditions

Turbo Scaffolding is committed to providing quality scaffolding equipment across Australia. We stand by the quality of our products and offer the following warranty terms for your peace of mind.


Warranty Coverage

Turbo Scaffolding warrants that its products – including but not limited to Kwikstage Scaffolding, Aluminium Mobile Towers, Access Ladders, Scaffold Tubes, Steel & Aluminium Planks, Acrow Props, Screw Jacks, and related scaffolding components – are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase showing the transaction date.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Corrosion caused by environmental exposure or chemicals
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or accidental damage
  • Modifications or alterations to the original product
  • Use of the product beyond its recommended application or load capacity

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Turbo Scaffolding at info@turboscaffolding.com.au within 5 business days of discovering the issue.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Include clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
  4. Retain the original packaging materials and repack the product as received for potential return shipping or inspection.

Warranty Resolution

Turbo Scaffolding will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective under this warranty. Replacement parts or products may be new or reconditioned, and all determinations regarding defects and eligibility are at Turbo Scaffolding’s discretion.

Please allow up to 28 business days from the date of receiving the returned item for inspection and processing.


Exclusions – This Warranty Will Be Voided If:

  • The product has been altered, misused, or abused in any way
  • Damage has occurred due to corrosive chemicals such as acids or solvents
  • Improper installation or usage outside of manufacturer guidelines is evident

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to labour costs, loss of use, or loss of profits.

This warranty does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
