Turbo’s wide aluminium tower is a great addition for the small Business owner or home handyman that could use a bit of height on a stable platform. As this mobile aluminium scaffold is under 4mtr standing height it can be erected by any competent person. It would be perfect for a painting or plastering business where more than 1 worker needs access at a time.
All aluminium scaffold is individually erected which makes for easy storage and transport from site to site in a van or ute. The total weight of the scaffold is 125.80kg’s with its heaviest piece being only 22.6kg’s. It has a generous width of 1.3Mtrs.
A SWL of 450kg’s makes it versatile and safe. Turbo Scaffolding recommends 2 people for erection and stripping.

Adjustable Castor Wheels
Our mobile scaffold castor wheels are made of polyurethane and 200mm thick. They have a safe working load of 225kgs and are fitted with a working locking system to prevent rolling or any movement when braking. All wheels feature 360 degree movement to provide easy transport. |

Wide Aluminium Frames (2.0m)
The larger of the frames for the wide aluminium tower with an overall height of 2.0m. The top of the frames have a spigot which can be used to insert into other frames to extend. The locking pin can be applied for quick safety measures so there is no movement. |

Wide Guard Rail
This guard rail system is the top frame to provide safety atop the standing structure. The frame is durable and have 2mm wall thickness on the aluminium tube. This guard rail is suited for the wide tower and has an overall height of 1m. |

Horizontal Brace (Gold)
The horizontal brace is to provide stability to the structure from end to end. The brace has a spring-loaded clip which can be easily applied to the end frames and provides simple connectivity. |

Diagonal Brace (Blue)
The diagonal brace is to provide more stability to the structure than the horizontal brace. The brace has a spring-loaded clip which can be easily applied to the end frames and provides simple connectivity. |

Platform with Hatch Deck
The platform is manufactured with marine plywood and has an safe but simple ladder hatch, which provides safe access to passengers between levels. |
